Attempt radio contact
Call aircraft on last known frequency. Try 126.7 MHz (area) and 121.5 MHz (guard/emergency).
Immediately upon SARTIME expiry

Attempt phone contact — Pilot
Call pilot mobile. If no answer, try alternate contacts. Allow 5 minutes.
T+0 to T+5 min

Contact destination aerodrome
Call destination aerodrome or CTAF. Confirm whether aircraft has landed. Check for alternate diversions.

Notify Ops Manager / Chief Pilot
Contact Ops Manager. Brief on aircraft, route, SARTIME, and all actions taken.

Contact Airservices Australia
Call 1300 306 630. Report: registration, pilot, route, SARTIME, souls on board, fuel endurance.

Notify JRCC Australia if directed
